§ 2 Contract
§ 2.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but is a non-dar. Catalog By clicking the button "Order", you place a binding order in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order goes together with the acceptance of your order immediately after sending through automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation of the sales agreement is reached.
§ 2.2 The sale of our products are only for private use in household quantities.
§ 2.3 Should our order confirmation writing or printing error or if our pricing caused by technical errors in transmission are destroyed, we are entitled to challenge, but we need you bewisen our mistake. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.
§ 2.4 You have the option to complete the purchase agreement in German or English.
§ 3 Prices
Described on the product pages prices include VAT and other price components, and are plus postage.
§ 4 Shipping
§ 4.1 for delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate 6.90, - € per order, in the Netherlands and Austria, we charge a flat rate 19,90, - €. From an order value of 150, - € receive FREE shipping.
§ 5 Terms of Delivery and Selbstbelieferungsvorbehalt
§ 5.1 Delivery is only within Germany, the Netherlands and Austria, with insured parcel and freight forwarding.
§ 5.2 The delivery time shall, unless otherwise specified in the tender, about 3-5 days.
§ 5.3 If not all products ordered in stock, we are entitled to make partial shipments at our cost, so far as is reasonable for you.
§ 5.4 If the goods fail to deliver after three delivery attempt, we can withdraw from the contract. Ggf. Payments will be immediately refunded to you.
§ 5.5 If the ordered product is not available, because we are not supplied with this product from our suppliers, without any fault, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will immediately inform you and you may propose to supply a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to supply a comparable product, we will promptly refund for amounts already paid back.
§ 6 Payment terms
§ 6.1 Payment is either via Money Order or Pay Pal.
§ 6.2 If the advance payment, we give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice is paid within 10 days on our account. For payments via Pay Pal is the burden of your account with your payment to Pay Pal.
§ 6.3 Come in payment, the purchase price shall bear interest during the delay in the amount of 5% above the base rate. We reserve the right to prove greater damage caused by delay and assert.
§ 6.4 have the right to offset shall be payable only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods) before receiving the first partial delivery and also does not fulfill our obligations as per § 312c Section 2 BGB in association with § 1 Sections 1, 2 a.m. to 4 p.m. BGB InfoV and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Consequences of Withdrawal
